Who we are

Murano Atelier Ltd (company number 16835408, registered in England and Wales) runs this website and is responsible for your personal information. Our studio is at Apollo Centre, Desborough Road, High Wycombe HP11 2QW. You can reach us at info@muranoatelier.co.uk.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form we receive your name, email address and message, plus your phone number, company and area of interest if you choose to give them. If you email or call us we receive the details you share. If you book a call, Calendly collects your booking details on our behalf under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver and manage that work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who handles it

Cloudflare hosts this website and passes form enquiries to our studio inbox, which is provided by Google. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser shares its IP address with Google when the page loads. These providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that do not lead to a project for up to 24 months, then delete them. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the work and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@muranoatelier.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
